Modern Family Home Near Liverpool City

Great place to stay whilst visiting relatives. Positive: Very comfortable stay and great value for money! Good to have a parking space and next door neighbours were very friendly. Negative: Everything was good. We did find the top floor very hot during the heatwave - but that’s down to the good old British weather!

Ideal para una familia Positive: Es una casa cómoda, con dos habitaciones dobles cada uno con su baño. Aunque no está en Liverpool, la ubicación es muy buena pues se llega a la ciudad en unos 20 minutos. Wallasey es un sitio muy tranquilo y cómodo. Negative: Eché en falta una lavadora. Había una habitación cerrada que era la laundry.

Negative: Location was good but bedrooms were very small and with no fans provided during a heatwave, the bedrooms were stifling.

Hat Potenzial, bedarf aber einigem Einsatz. Positive: Gute Lage. Fußläufig ist man schnell an vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars/Restaurants da. Bequeme und saubere Betten. Zwei Bäder vorhanden, die recht ordentlich sind. Private Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Unterkunft in geschützter Lage. Unkomplizierter Check-in. Negative: Leider etwas lieblose Einrichtung, vor allem im Wohnzimmer ist es sehr karg und kahl. Die Unterkunft hat Potenzial und könnte mit wenig Einsatz schön gerichtet werden. Die Treppe knarzt extrem. Das Sofa war fleckig. Nur 3 Stühle am Tisch vorhanden und zwei davon nur von Kindern nutzbar, weil die Beine unter einem Erwachsenen nachgaben. Der Außenbereich total ungepflegt. In der Küche trieften der Ofen und die Abzugshaube vor altem Fett. Zu wenig Besteck vorhanden, das lose in einer Schublade liegt.

Positive: Good location Negative: Chair legs were broke at the table so the kids couldnt sit there to eat in case they collapsed... no hairdryer there altho it says there is so daughter was annoyed...
