Luxury Studio Apartment in Liverpool City Centre

Good Positive: It's very central and closed to everything. It has everything you need for a short stay. It was clean and everything I used was in a working condition. Negative: The bed mattress is not comfortable. The front door handle was a bit loose and I've reached out about it but never got a reply from the staff. I didn't have any issues with the door, but had to be very careful as it was very loose and could break off in my hand. Apartment is located close to Matthew st and it's very loud. It wasn't an issue for me because I stayed there for international Beatles week and was away at the same time parties where on, but if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep, this is not the place.

A long way from a luxury apartment. Positive: It's in the very centre of town. Negative: This is no longer a luxury apartment. It has been allowed to deteriorate. Without an appropriate level of maintenance. Both the mattress and sofa bed were very uncomfortable. The worst element is the non-stop music coming from the street behind running until 4am. There is double glazing, but the additional secondary glazing has not been maintained, but even then I doubt it would do the job. Very disappointed.

Great stay overall, some finishing touches needs to be done to get that perfect 10 Positive: Perfect location! You are just around the corner from everything! Negative: Good location, value for money

Too noisy and hot Positive: The location was very central and within walking distance to most places in the city centre. The apartment was quite spacious and had most things we needed. Negative: The apartment was located next to a very noisy street that played music until 4am on Saturday night. We had to leave the windows open because it was too hot and there was no fan or air conditioning. This meant we had a very poor nights sleep. We couldn’t connect to the WiFi. The lift was out of service and we had to walk four flights of stairs to the apartment. I wouldn’t stay again as it wasn’t good value for money.

Positive: La ubicación Negative: El anfitrión nunca contestó nuestros problemas. No pudimos hacer funcionar el lavarropas. No pudimos acceder a la clave de wifi (no nos pasaron contraseña) Reservamos para 3 personas y solo nos dejaron 2 platos. El apartamento era muy caluroso. Lo peor es que el anfitrión nunca contestó un mensaje.
